What's That Tile?

Terms of use

The agreement

What's That Tile? is made by Sinclair Makers. You get the app from Apple's App Store, so Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to it. These terms add to that agreement; where the two differ, Apple's agreement wins on the licence itself.

Coins and boosts

Coins and boosts are play items inside the game. They have no money value, cannot be cashed out, sold or moved to another account, and are used only in the game. Coins you buy are added once the App Store confirms the purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules.

About the facts

The facts and card texts come from publicly available sources and are written to the best of our knowledge. They are for fun and learning and may contain mistakes. They are not professional advice of any kind, including medical, health, food, safety or outdoor advice. Please do not rely on them for decisions about health, food, safety or the outdoors. If you spot a mistake, tell us.

Pictures, music and texts

The pictures, music, sounds and texts in the game belong to Sinclair Makers or are used with permission. You may share a card picture from the game's Share button for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy the game's content for anything else.

Sending us a correction

When you send a correction, you allow us to use your note to fix the card. Please keep it polite and about the card.

Changes to the game

We may add, change or retire worlds, levels and cards in updates. A card you have collected stays in your collection, also if it is retired from play.

Limits

We work hard to keep the game running well, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Sinclair Makers is not liable for losses that come from using the game. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
